Pennant - 2025.03 - Badminton Hobart

WHEN

Roster begins the week of Monday 29^th September, with round play through Thursday 4^th December
Semi-finals will be played on Monday 8^th and Tuesday 9^th December
Grand Finals will be played on Friday 12^th December

Grading Night is yet to be confirmed and will only be applicable to new players only, unless arranged prior.

FORMAT

Doubles only (mix of men’s/women’s doubles and mixed doubles)
There will be a maximum of six (6) players per team.
Each player will play four (4) games per night
Games will be timeboxed from 7:15pm to 10:30pm – please make sure you arrive on time. Courts available to warm up from 7pm

COST

$100 upfront payment upon registration. This fee accounts for court hire and administrative fees incurred throughout the offering, and is not reflective of a cost per week.
BH is happy to discuss with any player that would prefer to undertake a payment plan rather than pay the $100 upfront. On submission of the Registration form, please exit the PayPal pop-up and submit the form directly with a note advising that you would like us to contact you regards a payment plan.
If you sign up for Pennant, you are entering an agreement to pay the fee.
For junior players, ‘Ticket to Play’ can be used for this roster, please send an email to [email protected] with the relevant health care card details and the Ticket to play voucher code and we will facilitate the payment.

MEMBERSHIP

All participants in the roster must be registered members of Badminton Hobart. If you are not already a member of Badminton Hobart, click this link to head straight through the membership form.

FILL-INS

If you know you will miss more than three weeks of play, please nominate as a fill-in only. Teams are balanced with players available and making changes mid-roster through frequent or permanent fill-ins will unbalance the teams. This may impact your ability to participate in future offerings.
