This notice is to advise of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Southern Tasmanian Badminton Association (t/a Badminton Hobart). The details of this meeting are as follows:
WHEN: 10am, Saturday 27th September 2025
WHERE: Doug Wylie Room, H Thompson Badminton Centre, 101 Cascade Road, South Hobart
Attached to this notice are:
- the agenda for this meeting including nominations received for positions of Director of the Board
- the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, held on Saturday 17th September 2024
At this meeting the Members will have the opportunity to:
- receive further information on the operations and finances of the Club
- speak about any matters on the Agenda
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting
- adopt the Financial Statements and Audit
- appoint an Auditor or Approved Person for the 2025.26 Financial Year
